π¨ URGENT: The Future of the Blog (Team Recruitment & Reality Check)
Hey guys, I am desperately looking for people who are willing to help run and maintain this blog. To keep this platform alive and moving forward sustainably, I need a dedicated team of 6 to 7 people.
To be completely transparent with you all, this blog became a nightmare to run back in February, and I have been completely overwhelmed ever since. I am dealing with heavy burnout. The mod told me she is still replying and it's not closed. At this point, I could never get a break.
Running this platform is essentially a part-time job. On top of that, I am an independent creator with my own registered EIN, a college student managing my own real life, and trying to launch my own creative projects. I will be incredibly busy once the fall semester starts, and I simply cannot carry this level of production solo forever.
The lengths I go to keep this blog standing are massive:
2026β2027 Automation Queue: I built this entire infrastructure to run automatically. I have already set the content queue to post on a bi-weekly and bi-yearly schedule from 2026 all the way through 2027, keeping the page active even while I travel.
Strict Schedule Boundaries: To protect my time, I have specified marketed days off. I no longer post on Wednesdays anymore with the absolute final exception of next Wednesday.
The July 22 Launch & Live Q&A: I pushed through severe overwhelm to launch our massive digital press tour on July 22. I even participated live in Kira's Q&A, coordinating directly with the mods. This wasn't just a limited session; it was specified to answer all of your questions to make sure the community got complete insight.
Industry Outreach & Playbooks: I set up the petition infrastructure and built the operational playbook that the talent and EP use to get the word out, working directly inside the spaces to amplify the resurgence legacy.
I am incredibly proud of what we've built, but I have to prioritize my health, my real life, my education, and my own creative ventures.
Here is the deadline: If we cannot build a team to share the daily workload before the fall rush, I have set a firm deadline to permanently close the blog in late December 2026 or, at the absolute latest, December 2027.
