just wanna lay in silence with somebody who cares about my emotional wellbeing

You deserve someone who isn’t embarrassed to love you and tells all their friends about you and saves your selfies, whether they’re good or bad to look at when they miss you  and loses sleep to talk to you  and tells you how much they love and how beautiful you are all the time and i really hope you find that one day  because you deserve to be loved

nobody has ever genuinely felt scared of losing me. nobody has fought for me to stay. i make myself too available. i’m always giving. i’m always the one who ends up losing. 

this explains my life

As an introvert, once u find someone that u enjoy spending time with just as much as u like being alone, that’s a big fucking deal

sometimes i forget how many times i’ve picked myself off the floor, how many times i’ve washed away smudgy makeup and put myself to bed. how many times i’ve said no to something unhealthy. said yes to something good. how many times i’ve treated myself with kindness and patience. i forget how many times i’ve tended to wounds and made peace with my own anger. if i was taking care of a body that was not my own, i’d believe i was doing everything i could. so here’s to remembering that i’m doing the best i can.

look: the right people will get it. the right people will see you and appreciate you for the person that you are. the right people won’t require you to dilute, censor, or edit yourself in order to be worthy of their time and affection. you don’t need to waste your time on people who are committed to misunderstanding you 

no offense but money would solve literally every single one of my problems. like all of them. i dont have a single problem that money wouldnt immediately solve
