Not really actually! I expected it to but it was fine, just a little weird. From what others have told me I think it usually stings the first couple of pees and then goes away.

I think it’s coming from a similar place as reclaiming slurs, if that makes sense? I don’t see thumbewiener as negative; my wiener is about the size of my thumb lol so that’s just descriptive. And yeah I think by laughing about “your willy is rubbish”, it takes the power out of it if anyone thinks says things like that to me. Do you know what I mean? It is supposed to be lighthearted though, I absolutely love my penis and don’t think it’s rubbish at all <3

I think partly it’s down to luck - I know I’ve seen some guys whose penis and scrotum sit really quite far forwards after meta. I think mine is a touch farther back than most cis men’s, I’d prefer it were a bit higher up but it doesn’t bother me too much :)

I posted a couple of more recent photos the other day so hopefully you can see those, and I’ll see if I can rustle up some bulge photos in profile for you - that being said, there’s really not a lot to see; you can only see my bulge from above, or probably in front when I’m sitting down (I think because it’s smol and a bit far back). This did bother and worry me early on, but as time goes on I really don’t care, and since paying attention I’ve noticed a lot of men don’t have a bulge in trousers anyway. Hope this helps!

Honestly, I barely noticed it! Which was a relief, as I know for some people it can be quite intense. It felt quite tight for a while, and I had staples that needed removing at my post-op, but it healed quickly and without any issues so I’m really glad I got it. I did stay one night in hospital, but I was also having a fistula repair and testicular implants at the same time so who knows if I would’ve needed to stay just for the mons resection. So, from my perspective it wasn’t major at all, but everyone’s different. I would say I was back to regular activity including the gym within around a month or so.

Do you mean my fistula, or the infection site? I guess the latter — although probably early on I did initially worry it might, it wasn’t deep enough to impact on my urethra thankfully!

During my consultation with Mr Christopher yesterday, I asked if he had considered going over to the US to teach his scrotoplasty (/SRS in general) techniques to other surgeons, and he said that there’s a surgeon in the US who trained with him and uses the same techniques — Maurice Garcia, at Cedars-Sinai. So if you’re based in the US and looking to get similar results to the London Team, it’d be worth looking into Garcia as an option <3
