In case you haven’t noticed, all of the popular Ryden theories/conspiracies are riddled with chronological errors and inconsistencies.

Nothing is theoretically wrong with shipping or wanting people to be happy, and we’re not trying to tell anyone what to think. You can ship whatever you want, honestly. But here at Pathetic! at the Disco, we encourage everyone to be more critical of the veracity of what they consume, and we have therefore compiled a list of posts that debunk many of the fan conspiracies. At the end of the day, Ryan Ross and Brendon Urie are real people with real-life events that don’t fit the fan conspiracies. And as soon as you do the research and find out the real timelines, it all falls apart.

Don’t perpetuate lies, especially when they harm real people.

Shout out to Z-Berg for being so damn extra: just flopping around for an entire interview with no reaction. It goes without saying: definitely the top contender for an Emmy in “Outstanding Portrayal of a Corpse”

What’s your greatest personal costume triumph?

Ryan: I think this stuff.

Jon: Yeah, now.

Ryan: We have some really weird pirate pants. My favourite piece is probably this jacket I got in Australia that I sewed some things on. I wear it like every day, unfortunately not today.

Jon: (smelling flip flops) Do you think I could put these in the dishwasher? …What were we talking about again?

Ryan’s jacket.

Ryan: It’s kind of like a blazer, but it’s really thin and it’s cotton. It’s got like those things that captains wear on the shoulders.

When you put on costumes, does it make you want to speak in faulty accents?

Ryan: Yeah. We don’t talk on stage but I’m sure if we did – Brendon does a little on stage, he’s got a character.

Has anything unfortunate happened on stage?

Ryan: Yeah! We’ve had some mishaps. I ripped out a chunk of a girl’s hair on my guitar. One of our dancers was dancing and her hair got caught.

Jon: I’ve fallen on stage before.
