Three Good Things

1. I got jobs done.

2. I had an excellent nap.

1. I spent the afternoon at my mums.

2. I got all our underwear and socks clean.

1. I had an epic workout.

2. I smashed the Christmas shopping.

1. I had a nice morning in bed drinking tea and cuddling my son.

2. We went to soft play for hours. It was awesome. My cousin and her kids came and we chatted the world to rights.

1. I slept pretty deeply.

2. I had a lovely cuddly afternoon with the boy on the sofa.

1. Work was good.

2. I went to the German market with my friend and our sons. It was excellent.

1. I had a glorious morning.

2. It was my sons first sing along play thing at nursery this afternoon and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen.

1. I had an awesome workout.

2. I had a real lazy day.

1. I felt like I actually did work this morning instead of being stood on the tills the whole time. It's much more satisfying.

2. Second work was smooth and I got out in really good time at the end.

1. Work was uneventful.

2. I had an excellent relaxed afternoon with my son, we had a surprise sofa nap.

1. I had a wonderful workout.

2. I'm keeping the communication going in my relationship and I feel so much better.

1. I had a productive but still fairly relaxed morning.

2. I did a nice big shop.

1. I went and did learning at work today, I can't wait to be team leading and have more tasks to do.

2. I had a nice workout and lunch with my work friend.

1. I slept very deeply.

2. I managed shift at work for a couple of hours for the first time this morning.

1. Instead of trying to squash my anxiety inside my head I talked to my boyfriend about it. I feel so much better. I feel better every time I talk to him about difficult feelings.

2. I feel lucky and appreciative of my support system.

1. I had an excellent workout.

2. I got my car fixed.

1. I had a bit of a lie in.

2. I went for lunch and a wander with my best friend, with no kids. It was awesome.
