I refused to branch out because you were my tree

I have so many broken pieces of me I don’t know if I could ever put myself together

You had me living in fear even after you were gone

I have a loving heart that will never stop loving you, no matter what

You became my world, and now without you I feel like I have nothing

You destroyed who I used to be

I don’t remember who I was before I met you, and now that you’re gone, who am I?

I never would have left you. No matter what, I would have always forgiven you. And in the end, held you close to me.

Am I fighting who I am or am I fighting who I don’t want to become

I don’t know what I want but I know what I don’t want.

I was going crazy when I was with you and now I’m going crazy without you
