A whole box of ripe bananas = a vegan’s dream 😂🍌✨ Seriously though I’m sure you all would have realised by now but I go through bananas so quick!! 😵 I love freezing a portion of them and to use in my nicecreams & smoothies 👌🏼 It’s not my favourite fruit (compared to mango… 😉) but its definitely number 1 on the list in terms of my top staple fruit 😍🙌🏼

Sushi and rice paper rolls are so delicious and healthy, but MAN do they take tong to prepare! I’ll just reminisce on this spread from over a year ago while I sip on my smoothie that took all of two minutes to make. 🙃
