Stubborn/Unyielding. Dick has strong convictions concerning what’s right or wrong and imposes his morals on other people. He’s unlikely to fold to other opinions and is resistant to criticism on his hard work.

The good: This ties into Dick’s willpower, determination, and resolve. People have high faith and trust in him due to his strong convictions.
Not finely in tune with emotions. Dick is bad at expressing his feelings and would rather bottle stuff up or isolate himself when under pressure. He needs to keep in touch with a social network of friends and family in order to avoid becoming a caricature of Batman.

The good: Dick can work through his own problems, is intensely independent, and is not easily emotionally manipulated. Dick relies on logic and impartial analysis to make objective decisions that other people may be resistant to. He goes for brutal honesty instead of beating around the bush, both a strength and a flaw.
Can be insensitive when speaking with other people. When Dick is moody or under pressure, he has a habit of lashing out. He knows what to say to drive the most hurt into his words.

The good: What’s good about this?
Has a “need” to be in charge. Dick will assert his leadership over a team and take for granted that he is the most qualified. This puts the pressure of the responsibility of his friends’ lives in his hands.
The good: Dick typically is the most qualified and makes a great leader.
Takes on too many obligations. Dick has a tendency to overwork himself and has difficulty relaxing. He carries unrealistically high expectations for himself and has a fear of failure.
The good: He gets a lot done. Dick prides his productivity, his maturity and his responsible nature. This quality extends to his commitment in relationships.
Impatient with sloppy work ethics. Dick has high expectations for other people, though not as high as the expectations he carries for himself. He’s judgmental of what he considers irresponsible or lazy behavior.
The good: Dick draws out better work ethics in other people and knows how to foster the strengths of a team. He completes his work with quality.
Adrenaline junkie. Dick is attracted to risky activities like freefalling, jumping off skyscrapers, and motorcycles. He’s not afraid of death, citing that it may happen at any moment, and is attracted to activities, hobbies, or ‘training sessions’ that may be unnecessarily dangerous.
The good: This gives Dick an interesting, unorthodox quality in life, and this energy extends into his relationships. Dick is capable of adapting on the fly and lives life to the fullest.
Always trying to prove himself. Dick is sometimes resistant to outside help and resources (particularly from Bruce, but also the Titans, Babs, etc) and becomes unnecessarily stubborn in a “lone wolf” mindset when he feels he has something to prove to himself.
The good: Dick likes earning things for himself and paving his own way, though he still knows when it’s smarter to work as a team.
Structured vigilante life, unstructured personal life. Dick tends to put vigilantism before his personal life and usually has a very messy living space. Dick isn’t materialistic and has very few personal mementos.
The good: Dick is professional and skilled as a vigilante and tends to be more laid back in his personal life.
