Why

Uhhhhh real quick we need to go grocery shopping and it's Sarah's turn to pay and I went last week and it's my birthday and my sister is here and she said "i don't want to do that" but I!!!!!! don't want to do it either!!!!! So!!!

I have been Very anxious all day and part of yesterday and my main symptom is nausea and I have at least 5 open cuts on my hands that I keep picking at and my toe nails are picked raw and I have class at 8am but I'm trying to #self care by moving at my own pace even though I'm tired af. Also, I have post-IS chores to do tomorrow that I have no idea how to handle because there are zero guidelines for them anywhere in my department. Also I don't know who I want to choose for my second reader for my IS evaluation bc it could really make or break my grade but also #stress. Anyway. All of my joints started cracking again yesterday after a week of only the main ones cracking. I was really unprepared for life post-IS Monday, both academically and mentally. Also, post-grad. My future is very blank and usually that's fine with me but I'm not handling the post-IS life well so now I'm worried about the post-grad life too. I invited Matt over because I needed a person and he was very emotionally unavailable and it made it worse. Okay. I need to rest.
