Thank you all so much for your well-wishes over the past few days. Sadly, test results have confirmed that Tabasco has a massive pulmonary carcinoma in her left lung. Our best response is to keep her as happy and healthy as possible, for as long as possible. She is still playful and happy and loving and wonderful, and is otherwise in perfect health. Both the specialist and her regular veterinarian have said that she is far too stubborn and full of love to let this take her down without a fight (that's my girl!!), and that we should still have at least a few more months together. I don't plan on posting much about this going forward - instead, we're going to focus on making every day count - but I wanted to be sure to thank and update everyone who has been asking about her and sending their love. ❤ (at Jersey City, New Jersey)
