You can hate her or love her ... she is still the highlight of every media outlet!

Miley Ray Cyrus has been all anyone can seem to talk about now a days. You don't have to like her music or even support who she is she has become a stapled name in our pop culture today. The once beloved Disney star is now a grown women and is not afraid of showing us all. 

Many concern her behavior is a "mess" and she is destroying her image and fan base... but is she really? 

Since her ever so infamous twerking sensation, to her MTV award performance, to her rumored baby with rapper Juicy J, to controversial outfits and body language she displays, she has given the media and us plenty to talk about. AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT SHE WANTS!

Miley has one of the top followed twitter accounts which influences a larger group of people. just early today someone twitted to her this Twitpic -> TWEET an image of his new tattoo saying "we cant stop". Talk about having influence on people. So with her now edgy, dirty south, pop princess gone hip-hop appeal many complain this has destroyed her reputation as a person and an artist and what fans could follow that?  WELL a lot actually! Due to the high volume traffic surrounding her name not so little Miley landed her self on the front cover of Rolling Stones Magazine. Each act or scandal she puts out is just another way to have her name freely broadcasted to the world. This MESS, which she has now become known for is simply appealing to the generation of today. everything she does and likes are the same things college age girls and boys are all into. But to see a celebrity so open about the life style so many of you live or wish to live is not in the norm. So instead of excepting her as we except our peers we look at her and per-judge who we believe she should be. 

But we can't forget about poor Miley's break-up with hottie Liam Hemsworth. What a sad loss...... but who are you feeling sorry for? Due to Miley's change of reputation Liam did not see himself with someone like that ("good for you Liam " ,we all said) he should have better. Miley's net worth is $150 million while Liam has a mere net worth is $1.5 milion. I don't think Miley shed tears for long, channeling her break-up to flue her success. Now who is the one that loss in this break-up, really?

I'm not a fan for or against Miley, I simply admire her tactics in using the power of social media to drive her to the top. 

Her success doesn't stop with just music with her #1 hits on Itunes and soon album drop. Miley now has her show coming on MTV "The Movement".. and she has all of you lovers or haters to thank for this.

It has been some time since a song has caught me so off guard I react like that, each time has been because of you.

The first few moments of the song completely break me down. It was as if I were listening to my own recording.

Whiling searching for that song not for a moment did I think I would react in such a way. Not only that, but what I was even about to listen to I had no prior knowledge of. I was simply waiting to hear a song that might bring up memories…. But this one took the cake, and sang the song in my heart.

Do you want crazy or do I want crazy? How each word sings to me the bitter/sweet memories of our summer love. To question what it could mean is reopening a past I’ve finally come to terms with leaving in the past. Then you come and show me this song, this beautiful song and what am I to think of it? Who wants the crazy?

Somethings in life you can’t prepare nor block ourselves from certain feelings. You will never know when or how until that moment happens, and when it does you never know how long it will last. But to feel like this feeling is never aging….. now that’s something beautiful and real. I have suppressed my emotions in order to move forward but not a day goes by that I don’t think of you. I’ve learned to co.exist with my thoughts and wants for you and my acceptance to live on without you. BUT when I heard the words to that song everything came back like a flood without any warning, and boy was I far from ready to handle that.

I can’t deny my longing for you, the more I do the more it builds up. So why try to B.S what we both know to be. If it is out on the table what should I fear if I’m aware bad could come of this, at least I’m not lying to myself. That song just makes me want to question a million things, none in which I think you want to answer. And that’s fine, I understand that. But that’s all I can do now; like the first week I left your arms, is question “What if” “What is it you want” “Is it still there” “How” and “Why”

I do want crazy, because if it ain’t crazy it’s not worth it. I am still waiting each day to hear the words “I’m ready when you are” or “I can’t wait to see you” or ” Come home” because even though my life is here, with you is where I feel like I belong. Even if there is no logic as to why just know I want your crazy…………….. still hoping crazy is one day what you will want too.

When does emotion take over logic and when does logic need to take over emotion ?

How is it that someone can be away from you for so long… Be a distance too far to even commute… Yet somehow, someway be the one thing you desire and know you can never have?

As you learn about yourself and become more self aware day by day you can begin to realize this person so far away is nothing more than an emotional attachment. Nothing logical about wanting something you can never have. As you become self aware you realize this person you long for would never really be the perfect fit, but only the perfect idea. Because your perfect fit you know must have a true understanding for you. Someone who can bring out the best in you, understand your flaws, not judge you but most important trust you through the good and bad. Someone who truly knows you, who allows you both to gain that from one another. This person far away from you is none of that, and somehow they are the very thing that makes you come alive, your heart skip a beat, and is that song that makes you want to roll your windows down and cruise. Emotion takes over logic… We must learn for logic to take over emotion in order to move forward and indulge in other beautiful moments in life.

We live in a world today where social media is a norm and human interaction is something more rare than common.

How can a species who thrives on interactions, relationships, and our basic need to want human attention and affection develop to some how change the way we once did all that.

Social Media on a peer level has become an outlet, or a way one expresses them self. Everyone will be the first to say "It’s only FB" or "It’s only twitter" but will be the first ones to react when they see a post they don’t like. It’s more then that, it is what information are they willing to share with the world. What are they proud of, excited about that was worth telling not just one person but a whole community of people? This is what is being expressed each time we post.

For example: Person “A” might say they don’t really care for social media and have one because it is easy to stay in contact with a large group of different people they once interacted with daily (such as high school, or college buddies). Over time however that same person “A” might get upset over a post they might see an EX or a close friend post. But if they claim to be so not involved in social media then why do they react to what other post?….. Truth is they do care, we all care. Because nothing spreads faster then something posted on the internet. It has become a point some couples don’t even deem it to be official until it has been posted on Facebook or some form or social media.

If you haven’t heard the term FBO or Facebook official, you will soon. It is catching on more and more and people are taking it more serious then you would think. What you post and share with the world has become a staple of who you expose yourself to be to the rest of the world.

More fights, breakups, makeups, friendships and just plain drama have come from social media more than I think anyone could have predicted. We have a species obsessed with drama and instant entertainment both which can be achieved through social media. Nothing is really truly private anymore unless you keep it to yourself anything share can be share far and wide.

So, this is our new way of life. Updating hourly, checking in, twitpix, all to express ones self to the world in the opportunity to catch someones attention. Because if that wasn’t the case why post anything up in the first place?

But not all is bad in Social Media.. There are many other reasons you can see why people love and use social media today. Transforming this once silly habit into our generation’s way of life.

I would like to share two things I’ve come across that have summed up what I am trying to get across in fewer and deeper words.
