Haven't been working out

Because something's up with my stomach! 😥 For the past week or so, every time I eat in the evening, I end up just throwing up! I need to get a doctor's appointment or go to a walk in clinic but I need to get money for that... Ugh! I'm pretty sure I know the issue (My ulcers, and stress triggered belly) so I've been trying really hard to avoid foods that I know will make me sick (which is unfortunate, as that means anything remotely spicy, citrus fruit, tomatoes, chocolate and coffee related products) along with cutting out dairy all together. Anyways, I hope everyone's had a good first half of their week!! 💕
