Loving my @craftabrew Catalyst fermentor (discovered a new way to add flavor by hanging a strainer bag)m, and Brewzilla electric brewing system. Just bottled an Anker Damp Ale for my aunt and uncle, which should be ready in a couple of weeks. Today I brewed up an Apricot Saison that should be ready in 4 weeks-ish. It's that kind of day for the last @yellowdogbeer Chew Toy Coconut Porter I had left in the beer cave. °°° Super easy drinking with just enough coconut to go with a mild roasty malty flavour. Delicious. My only negative would be the mouth feel - a bit bubbly. Could have been smoother. No biggy though. Second chance to @oldabbeyales_abbotsford and their Scottish Monk 7% ABV 22 IBU °°° You may remember the last episode where the product coming out of the cans was dreadful 😥. I promised to try out the draft version, and quite frankly they are two completely different beers😮. Easy drinking, tasty, warm, with a pleasant mouth feel😍. All and all, a very nice beverage.
