Okay, so Vinca is starting to get on my nerves, since I’d say Yvette’s last update actually. I get it that she is extremely protective over Yvette, it was endearing at first, but it’s NOT the MC’s fault Yvette got the curse and temporarily cured it. All of that falls on entirely either outside forces or Yvette herself.

In truth, the MC has no obligation to do shit, but she chooses to on her own because she loves Yvette. She doesn’t need Vinca giving her a hassle to do shit she has no obligation to do, Vinca needs to butt the hell out.

Taking the MC out on so many dates!

Sending her flowers, books, and blankets after she rescued her from Vuzgamad.

She is always appreciating MC for who she is, like when they went to the fancy party late Season 2, and she only wanted the MC to show up in her regular outfit.

Wow! This character is so cool! But tbh, now that I see more of this series I can understand why people are a little bit uncomfortable with how it tip-toes the line.

I don’t personally think it’s quite crossing it, I still stand by what I said that this is around the same level as romancing a werewolf, but it does take it a step further, with them visually being completely affiliated with their animal form even in their “human” transformation. I don’t mind it but, I can understand why it throws people off. I’ll write my opinions down in a review when the season is over for the people who are thrown off by it.
