In 2011, the Funko brand began licensing movies, television shows, and other various pop culture icons for new figurines depicting various heroes. The company has had a license with the WWE since 2013 and has only exclusively released wrestlers from the WWE, or whose characters are owned by the WWE. For the first time in history, Funko will be releasing new figures of two non-WWE wrestlers; specifically, The Young Bucks! New Japan Pro Wrestling’s first Funko Pop figures are of Matt and Nick Jackson, a tag team who has won more than a fair share of championships in various companies, such as the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships, which they currently hold with Bullet Club member Marty Scurll. Congratulations, Bucks!
