How was the rest of home? Did you see…anyone else?

[giggles] Well… That is a very nice thing to say. I would like to attend a famous American college party though. Hopefully when everyone is more settled in for the semester.

“I don’t know if they’re going to be anything like famous college parties, but you’ll get your chance, I’m sure.”

Really? How come?

“It’s not exactly the most welcoming place in the world right now.”

It would seem that everyone is quite dedicated to their studies. Or perhaps they are all at parties I am not being invited to.

I’m sure it’s their studies, why would they not invite you?

Well, we are glad to have you back! It has been terribly quiet for a college campus, do you know?

“It’s been that way for a while, hasn’t it?”

That is terribly unfortunate. Although I am unsure if that is due to the idea itself or the fact that going home was not pleasant.

It might have been the most awkward and unpleasant time I’ve ever had at home. Needless to say, I’m kind of glad to be back here.

He…just…ignored you? I thought you two used to get along.
