Today I found out my nan has stage 3 kidney failure. My nan has been my world for 23 years now and counting. I'm not sure how to feel.

She won't ever see my have children, watch me get married or find my dream career, I feel absolutely fucking guttered today... She can't take the option for a dialysis due to heart issues and it just seems like its going to go down hill from now.. She is the roots to our family tree, once she dies so will our tree, a branch will break and then another and another and then eventually the tree will rot and we will all fall apart onto the ground and drift away like small rotten twigs in the wind.
