Ana/ED tips to stay safer-
⭐️Drink lots of water but not too much as it can cause electrolyte imbalance and water toxicity
⭐️Take your vitamins! Liquid vitamins are much better absorbed in the body than pill vitamins which have tons of fillers
⭐️Drink at least 1 zero calorie Gatorade, eat a banana etc daily for potassium. Your heart needs it!
⭐️Take a collagen supplement. It’s AMAZING for your skin, hair growth/health, your bones etc
⭐️If you can, get a blood pressure monitor to regularly make sure your bp isn’t too low. Same for your heart rate (I use a Fitbit watch I got as a gift)
⭐️Carry a snack, glucose tablets or candy at all times in case you feel faint or might pass out
❤️Please care for yourselves. I care. Stay alive and safe so you can enjoy being thin
