Yes and no.With him it is uhh - a resignation, of sorts. More the whole Situation in general the whole Line between Bloem and SI and Free Will and the Wheel. I think maybe there are less lines than we think there are between eachother and good and bad and it makes the Wheel itself a very complex thing

As for Bloem and lines--good and bad don't matter. He's a martyr for a dangerous cause and it doesn't matter if he's "sad" about it or "feels bad" he's still actively helping. I mean some kindred could stand to die, sure, but I doubt the SI is gonna stop at the "bad ones" anytime soon.
