Why do you really wanna lose weight? Are you doing it for yourself?
Yes mainly. I feel ok with my body rn but it’s just a few places where I could lose some fat. And I would look so emo in skinny jeans and a huge oversized shirt uwu
Pro tip of mine to see if something on your body is fat or muscle: flex the muscles in that area and feel a little around. Tapping is great, if it’s hard, it’s muscle. If it’s soft, it’s bodyfat. Some bodyfat is good tho, so don’t be bumped if there’s a bit at your stomach/back or arms👌
