sorry I can’t really get Gaius looking all gruff and sexy so hopefully a derpy gif will suffice 

I’ve been playing Fire Emblem Awakening ALL DAY. Gaius is one of my favorites. 

"You peasants simply don’t know what it means to have exquisite taste, not to mention you’re desperate. You’d eat a bloody piece of bread directly off the floor if need be!”

"You got that one wrong. If I got hungry I'd pilfer the bread right off your golden plate while you're looking the other way. Then I'd use the momentum to dig into your dessert."

"This is lovely, it suits it well.~" She complimented, "Can this be bought and/or made somewhere? I would love to know, so I can keep some of these for whenever my sweet tooth acts up, you can never have too much sugar."

Feeling a certain pride well up in his chest from having his cooking complimented - but really, who didn't like it when someone approved of something you had worked hard on? - and he held his head high. "Figs like these you'll have to pay buckets for! You won't just find them this good in every random candy store. Of course things go a bit easier when you have certain other ways of getting your hands on them."

Been super busy with work but here’s a Gaius I snuck in very quickly between assignments

—"I asked for strawberry shortcake, not chocolate cake, you incompetent fool. Now get on your knees and apologize."

"Why not just take them both? Crivens, you fancy waists don't know how to count your blessings."

Upon hearing his request, she managed to smile, though the name of the treat was unknown to her, but alas, sweets were sweets. “Hmm? That would actually be wonderful. Thank you!”

Rummaging through one of the many hidden pockets in his cape the thief produced two of aforementioned treat, one for himself and one to hand over as promised. "Hope it suits your tastes. I've been known to not go easy on the good ol' sugar pile."
