I’m just a chubby 20y/o kid who gained weight over the summer and has way more fat on her lower stomach than she did a year ago. I’m still kind of short and chubby in a cute way but that “cute” feeling is fading fast and being replaced by feelings of insecurity and low self-worth 😅 I want my 20lbs lighter, way more toned body back. Why is food such a struggle and issue for me? PS in the underwear pics: that was taken right after I got off my period, first thing in the morning and you bet your ass I’m sucking in and trying to have a good form to look smaller than I am b/c I needed to feel good about myself and pretend the extra fat wasn’t there ….though I still see it anyways. Yea, everything in my life has kinda been a struggle lately. Food is a major issue, my relationship with it and eating habits, body image, deep-rooted issues that are coming back, and finances are a major stress (just to name a few).
