Phh, thanks fam! We'll to be perfectly honest most of it's because of padding and angles BUT if you dig through my posts and look for the non padded stuff you'll see my actual size. But to make this super easy it's a mixture of padding, shapewear, camera angles, targeted workouts, biking (I ride a bicycle everywhere) genetics amd weight gain. I know everyone is different so what I did might now work out for everyone BUT Weight gain/genetics has 100% been what's caused me to thicken up the most.
