heyyyy guys, as an editor i just wanted to share a few tips that might help if you’re trying to save videos, pics, or other media from websites, or at least from most of them lol

for movies and videos, i usually use Chrome extensions like Video DownloadHelper and FetchV. they’re sooo useful for mp4 and hls stuff.

for some YT videos, you can also try: turboscribe.ai/downloader/youtube/video (only for non-copyrighted videos tho)

if ur trying to save pics from authorized sites just open the page that has what u want, then press Ctrl + Shift + I to open Developer Tools or find it manually in ur browser settings (you’ll need to be on desktop mode)

after that go to the Network tab. a lot of the time, the original files loaded on the page will show up there, not just pics, but also video links and other files the site’s using.

once u find the right one, just double click it and it should open in a new tab. from there, you can usually download it directly, or right click and see if Save As shows up :)
