Life and Bullshit.

Not only did I create a beautiful family that continues to fill my heart with peace and joy and pride, I’ve finally started going to therapy and taking medication that I should have been taking since probably my middle school days. I’ve never felt so happy and positive and totally okay with myself. On top of these monumental events, I’ve been going to school (part time) and getting my prerequisite classes completed so that I can apply to the college’s Dental Hygiene program. I’ve made the dean’s list 4 semesters in a row and have habitually maintained a 4.0 GPA and I officially apply in January. I’ll know by March if I am accepted. I am in a pretty good place right now, even though the school only accepts 20 applicants in a year.

I’m no longer drowning. I’m swimming and I feel confident in my stamina.
