Letho wasnāt a Halloween person until he took in his boys.
After that heās forced to partake in celebrations.
Once upon a time, Serrit & Auckes made him dress up with them but once they get older, heās let off the hook.
There is a part of him that does in fact miss taking his little snakelets out trick or treating, and he canāt shake that.
Heās still made to help the boys pick out decorations and costumes and stuff though.
Their home is rigged with booby traps and all manner of spooky surprises and is probably one of the best decorated places in the neighborhood.
Make no mistake however, Daddy Viper is spending Halloween night watching movies in the comfort of his own home, safely tucked away from society.
Whilst Serrit and Auckes take to the streets on a pranking spree. Theyāll be home late, hopefully not in trouble with police.
The boys coordinate their costumes sometimes but others, Serrit just wants to go as one of his favorite obscure literary characters and Auckes has fun pretending to be a normal human.
Like he gets contact lenses and just likes to be looked at as a regular person. Maybe he also wears some cliche costume because you know, Halloween Spirit and all, but thatās his main goal, to be able to walk amongst the humans without being looked at like trash.
Serrit thinks heās dumb but he doesnāt say anything about it. Doesnāt want to upset his brother by reminding him theyāll never be considered ānormalā.
Thinking about such things makes Serrit gloomy but Auckes makes sure they have a fun night and his brother can almost forget about all that, especially as heās watching Auckes being so giddy at his side.
When the boys arrive home finally, Letho makes them some spiked cider (just like Ivar used to do) and they all watch movies together until they fall asleep.
