While we say goodbye to 2022, let's review the top 10 things the spa has taught us that we should carry into 2023: 1- It's completely acceptable to put yourself first. And if you want to plan that- we take appointments. 2- Spa therapy (or Val time as some call it) is like regular therapy, just with a twist, and we don't take insurance. You will leave feeling pretty, you can dump you bucket, you can laugh and cry or take a nap, there's a good chance one of Val's stories will make you feel better about your own life and a Brazilian wax will absolutely put things in perspective. Again, we take appointments. 3- Swearing is acceptable here and encouraged. 4- What comes here, stays here. That includes deep dark secrets, snoring, ugly crying, what you look like naked, and what that weird bump is in that one place! (We know you better than most people remember!) 5- NOTHING you say here will surprise anyone. And, nothing changes here without advanced warning. There is no holiday decor to stress you out. There is no insane music to make you overthink whatever stressed you out the last time you heard "that song. " .... The windows and curtains are always closed because this is your sanctuary to forget it all, even if it's just briefly. Make that appointment. (Make several) 6- No one will know you are here unless you tell them. The V Spa is special. We make it so you aren't just a client, you are family. Your information is private, what you tell us is private, when you're here it's private and how much you spend is private. (We can't even count how many people said they didn't know how they would make it without us this year, and we feel the same.) 7- We use a lot of bleach! Trust us- your safe! 8- You can tell your friends... or keep us your own little secret. The choice is yours! 9- The spa offers the things that actually work. We have a theory that if it doesn't hurt, it doesn't work. Believe us when we tell you that you can't possibly be upset about anything once that chemical peel is applied!😂 10- And lastly, you can depend on us because we are here for you!
