I’ve got like two more physical pages I’ve gotta scribe into digital and then I just need to finish the story.

If there is demand for it I will write an alt ending without the gremlin, but this is my story and I want my boy.

I’m planning on having Armand take on a maternal role and be “mommy” but I don’t think I’m gonna write him as transgender. He’s probably some sort of gender fucked but I think it’s also possible he just likes cross dressing and not having to be himself.

I reached a good ending point for a chapter one, should I post the full thing all at once or should I post the first part as one chapter?

I can’t believe I have to take a break from writing my dumb ass fucking fanfiction but I have a lot of shit going on in my life rn and I don’t have the energy to write rn.

I fucking hate how monogamous IWTV has become. It feels like the show writers are going to completely ignore the very complicated relationships that ALL the vampires have with each other in favor for easy to digest monogamous relationships.

Lestat and Louis LOVE each other, but that doesn’t mean they hate everyone else.

It feels like they are pushing the “one true love” dynamic because it’s easier to market to main stream media. I don’t know how to explain it but I can with what I imagine is happening in the marketing room:

“Okay, so, everyone loves Heart Stopper, and Young Royals, and all those other gay shows. The public isn’t ready for full gothic romance so we need to keep two very strict main relationships and never let them dip into each other ever again.”

Except the public is ready for complicated love triangles! They do it all the time in straight television! Vampires live forever, there is no fucking way that any of them, no matter how much they swear they want a monogamous relationship, are going to be happy loving ONE PERSON.

ALSO ITS ALREADY CANNON!

So if you must crucify me for writing Lestat x Gabrielle then do so.

Okay so hear me out- Daniel ends up getting glimpses of Lestats memory and it’s all of his mom so he gets freaked out and berates Lestat for projecting his mommy issues onto him.

Then I’m gonna figure out how I can turn that into “I’m not your mommy, but I am your daddy” but without sounding super cliché.

The fic starts with Lestat going to Daniel to figure out his gender identity and they start talking about Daniel’s life and how he was scared of being masculine because he didn’t want to end up like his dad (definitely not projecting) and that’s maybe why Lestat is hesitant about embracing femininity.

So then they try and like- fix each other but having weird incest role play sex, I dunno.

The weird roleplay incest sex is a product of this really fucked up fic I read one time (I’ll link it at the end) and is honestly a main inspiration for this dynamic.

I do hate gender roles but also find a lot of pleasure and gender euphoria in hypermasculine men and hyper feminine woman (but only when their transgender)

I’ve written like 6 pages in my journal. It’s gonna be a bitch to transcribe to digital, but I’m honestly super into it.

Which is great, big fan of that, HUGE FAN ACTUALLY, but my mom follows me on TT and I can’t repost or like them in fear of her seeing it.
