We started the original Terra Cotta Inn in 1994. It immediately became a big success. Not only, were we the most popular nude place in the Palm Springs area, but we had the highest occupancy rate of ALL hotels.The Terra Cotta Inn was designed by a very famous architect named Albert Frey. In September of 2015 a couple from New York, who were not nudists visited us and made us a great offer to buy our resort. She’s an architect and they wanted a resort designed by someone famous. So we sold it to them in November of 2015.  We were retired for 18 months. We had lots of fun going to Europe twice and Asia once.Then guests who had been to the Terra Cotta Inn contacted us and said they missed our place. They were sad there was no nice nude place to stay in Palm Springs anymore. So they bought a different property, also a historic hotel with large rooms and asked us if we wanted to co-manage it. We said yes and the rest is history. Tom works full time and I work part time.The new Terra Cotta has now been open 13 months. In that time The Desert Sun Newspaper reported  we’re the BEST boutique hotel in the WHOLE Palm Springs area. We are now THE place nudist  want to stay at.
