Magical Space Commander Luna!

Might be a silly thing to say but I just played bits of 2064 again and realized I kinda miss little bits about the game's visual elements that didn't make it to neurodiver. And I don't mean the artstyle because neurodiver's art is such a step up in quality all around, I moreso mean things like how the dialogue text scrolled at relatively the same time as the voice actors saying it so I didn't have to sit there trying to hear the performances while already knowing what they're gonna say. Or how characters frequently switched talk sprites mid-line so their expressions reflect the precise dialogue delivery. They're kinda inperceptable details unless you're like me and spent way too long staring at this game, not to mention they likely took more than a bit of time to code in the timing that way on every individual line, but they really do make a difference in feeling like you're really talking to people
