Cynthia took a moment of silence, what was there to really lose? She had no family, friends nor loved ones. “Alright then. …” she extended out her hand, “ I’ll join you. .”.

“And humans of course being afraid of things they don’t understand. Fear, it’s what makes them weak. But you, afraid of the humans?”

Cynthia shrugged slightly,  shifting a little,“ Not really, no….”. She looked up at the robot with some curiosity and caution. “I used to when I was younger. ..” she added. 

“And then you realised you were better in every single way? More evolved. But they will never learn”

“You’re /very/ flattering …” she said crossing her arms, “ but I feel like you’re wanting something from me. ..”. She rose a brow, squinting a little bit.

“I want you to join me, you’d make a useful addition to my team”

“ Your Team?” Cynthia questions, “ What’s this team for? How would I ever be useful? ”.

“A team of superior beings to humans. Those that I deem worthy of survival”

Cynthia looked to her feet and back up at the tall machine. “How many are there, in this team….” she asked, “ Are there other mutants in there? “.

"There are two others. Very powerful"
