Sorry if anyone was worried but I’m alive. It’s still a rocky road but I’m getting better since my doctors changed a lot of medication

I’m still recovering from a recent surgery but I hope I will be back soon but I want to focus more on recovery and coping mechanisms which hopefully will help some of you guys

I‘m sorry mom for letting you down, I know you will be hurting the most because of my actions. I hope you can find inner peace and also that you can forgive me for what I‘m about to do

Dad, I know I gave you a hard time with me being simply who I am and I‘m sorry we don’t get to spend more dad and son time. I know for sure that deep inside you love me even tho you never really told me but that’s fine I guess you had your gestures to show me

To my dog I‘m sorry we will never see each other again. I know you don’t understand why I won’t be pulling up in the driveway anymore and you will think that I abandoned you but that’s not the case I promise… you were a big part of holding me in this cruel place a little longer and I wish you‘d understand

To my partner I‘m sorry I gave you such a hard time for so long but it’s over now we‘re both free in our own ways. I wish you get over me fast and you are able to forgive me I will try to paint you the prettiest sunsets forever

To my colleagues at work..you knew the signs, you just simply choose to ignore them or to think I‘m joking when it was clearly no longer a joke anymore let this be a lesson that such things can happen even if someone talks about it openly…it wasn’t attention seeking it was a cry for help..a loud one which you covered your ears too. And I know we all got our packages to carry but this is how it can end. But still I‘m sorry to leave all this work behind with some of you

To my followers I‘m sorry to put this up but just know I‘m better now, I‘m at peace the war inside my head is over
