Snippet:

"That's a hard question Yoruichi and you know that Isshin and I didn't see many things the same." 

"You mean, you kinda hate him?" Yoruichi replied with a chuckle. 

"Hate is a strong word, let's say, I dislike him." Kisuke corrected her gently. 

"I can't fault you with that. He is hard to like. For me he is neutral, I don't like him, but I don't hate him either. " 

"See? Even you don't like him." 

"Yeah, but as Shihoin Princess, the former head of the Shihoin Clan I can't allow myself to hate anybody without a serious reason. And he is not serious enough, to hate him. But also I dealt with him when we were both in Sou Society. That was enough for me when he was just the heir. " Yoruichi replied with a sigh and then she continued after a sip of her sake.  "How many times did you want to tell Ichi-chan something and you couldn't because of Isshin?" Yoruichi asked her long-time friend.

"Too many times, but sometimes I got the feeling that he doesn't even what was he asking from us, and from Ichigo. Ichigo doesn't care about him, that's clear. At least not anymore."

Six Sentences:

For a long moment, nobody cared to react. The captains faced each other, not looking her way. Rukia kept her eyes forward and back straight, chin up. Her power wasn’t in her stature, but she was going to make herself look as strong as possible anyway. 

Just when it was about to become unbearable, a face turned her way. Her mentor – now even her friend – tilted his head toward her. Teal eyes sparkled behind a bored expression. Toshiro’s face was nearly as impassive as hers – but then he winked. 

It was quick, to the point Rukia wasn’t sure if she had imagined it, but it was his lips that were edging to a smirk that gave it away. He clapped first, and then Byakuya and Kyoraku, followed by the rest of them.
