Brew Tip for you test out: Go a bit coarser on the grind for more sweetness to come through. With the November issue featured @detourcoffee Nicaraguan Entre Rios the notes of Caramel, Apple & Baking Spice are all over the cup and it works amazingly well. Thanks for the tip Detour!

Been meaning to do this for a while now, and yesterday when my @theroasterspack came in the mail...it was on! I ground up a nice little sample of the Altos De Topa and wooooow.... @anchoredcoffee nailed this Colombian roast. Super sweet upfront with a clean and toffee like finish. Definitely a good choice for this month's selection @theroasterspack!
