Another Colorado Eagles Game while I'm home for Thanksgiving. Yet another reason I love Minor League Hockey: There are almost no bad seats, and great seats like being seated feet away from the Eagles Bench is quite afforadable. Breakfast Tacos with homemade tortillas inspired by the man himself, Robert Rodriguez. Every so often, I catch myself watching his ten minute cooking school for "Sin City Breakfast Tacos" and always thought they looked delicious, so dagnabit I finally got off my lazy butt and made them.
