I was told by The Arch Bishop Don Magic Juan, That what comes from the heart reaches the HEART! I hope this blog reaches a few people. On July 7, 2014, I had heart surgery, specefically Arotic Valve Replacement. I told a few close family and friends, but this is and was a sensitive matter, and I have learned that everyone wont wish me well. At this point in my life, I will no longer allow anyone or anything negative into my world, so far as I can help it. I am a proud Mason and Shriner "Sons of Moses" Lodge #1 I serve as Jr, Warden, and Nobly I am a memer of Kalif-Alee Shrine Temple #5. Leroy Wise is the Worshipful Master of S.O.M. and the Illustrious Grand Potente of Kalif-Alee, This brother went above and beyond during my surgey, He visited often and always had something positve to tell to keep me motivated. I am thankful to call him my friend. A thank you to all the people who visited and prayed for my during such a trying time It was very scary for a few moments, but Go obviously has more work fo me in this life. I am an entertainer and have been for years. I have made some really good friends and built some solid relatioships over the years. I have also made my share of enemies, which comes with success, Some expected, some unexpected, but the reality is still, everyone won't wish you well so don't expect it, Longing for acceptance from some people will only bring you misery. Your first love should be self love. I now try to find the peace, love, and, joy of every moment, Due to my medical condition, I had decided to take a few months off the stage, but THE STAGE literally came calling on Monday August 25, 2014, Spike Thompson who is a major comedy producer at The Hollywood Improv called me to do a set at "MO BETTA MONDAY" I was a bit hesitant, but he wouldnt take no for an answer. I am so grateful to him for encouraging me to get on stage, I had an amazing set and have now decided to get back to the stage earlier than I had planned, along with other aspects of work in the industry, Through it all I have kept the faith and God has not let me down, I would like to shout a few people that have been positive pieces and I hope to continue on my journey to be one of the greatestest, Mark Prince for his support and guidance. My Nobles Kevin Rachal, Sherman Wilson, Lonnie Holmes, and all the members of K.A. Shrine # 5, Thank you brothers, Novakaine, Nashell Murdock, D.J. Jamar, Charles Patrick Gooch, Barbara Holiday, Pookie Wigington, and J. Anthony Brown and the entire staff at The J. Spot Comedy Club, Be on the look out for my DVD "The Red Carpet King" as well as a comedy club, college, church, or any stage where jokes are being told and you will be sure to find me. special shout to Hiedi Price for giving me my first shot on tv B.E.T.
