i have been a shifter since late 2020 but took a year break at 17, After watching Attack on Titan for the first time i really got back into shifting, but with a healthier approach and not all consuming.

My activity will vary based on my life, again this blog is for whimsy and dr excitement.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆  My animal is always a crow, their mischievousness, strong curiosity, and protectiveness of their flock. The way that they hold grudges, and are sensitive enough have funerals where they mourn their dead.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ This drs flower is Solanum nigrum ( aka black nightshade). Its symbolism is transition, hidden truth (falsehood in classic literature), and the line between poison and medicine. Unlike Atropa belladonna( aka deadly nightshade) the plants ripe berries and cooked leaves are edible and used in traditional medicine while its green and unripe parts are toxic. In this dr my force abilities are mainly precognition and healing which brings me to learn of the worst secret in the galaxy, order 66 before palpatine sets up fives' death.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ My weather would be rain. The peace and life that it brings, they way that it can change from a soft light shower to a torrential downpour, and how even in droughts or mass flooding its cycle always continues.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ The place would be the terrace on top of the lake house on Naboo. The view over the whole lake, the way that many visitors see it but will never know the specific (almost musical) way the breeze blows through the archways, how the sunset makes the floor glow, or almost feel the care and memories almost radiating from the walls that only a force sensitive family could leave behind.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ my soul color is and always will be green

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ The food is very specific but it is the hashbrown patties that make my week when the GAR supplies them (i have lost so many credits over these) the best food in the whole world when on difficult missions.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ The Beverage is the ultra blue Hawaiian monster that always reminds me of this dr. although the runner ups are caf that is supplied by the GAR or the Shirley temples that i usually get when out because I don't like to drink and always end up the designated driver.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ The object is the Voyager Golden Record, a record that contains sound and data for images selected to represent earth in the case of intelligent life finding the voyager probe with voyager 1 being the  farthest human-made object from earth. In my dr earth is a tiny planet in the mid rim and one of the few modern planets with strictly closed borders to the rest of the galaxy. I was raised there before being found by my dad so like the probe i am one of very few things to make it out of earth's solar system.

I usually meditate (the best way for a jedi to start the day) first thing, the Terrance is especially peaceful when the sun is just coming up.

Fresh Naboo fruits are a must for breakfast and its spend with me and Ahsoka updating Padme' on everything she's missed with BD-3 correcting us on the details. (jessie got rejected 3 times in one night at 79s, we made Anakin's room into a beach ect.)

Afterwards its sparing, but on vacation it usually ends with one of us in a tree, a dramatic fake death, or falling into the water. Always accompanied by laughter that makes your sides hurt.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ afternoon ⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆

Today me, "bee", and Aunte Sabe' went to her near by home town to buy some fresh fruits and to drop her off to spend her holiday with them.

We ended up spending hours at the market talking ("so if i hypothetically got a crush on an arc trooper.....") ("this doesn't sound very hypothetical") grabbing pinsa for lunch, and eating way to many sweets.

After arriving back i spent the rest of the afternoon swimming at the small beach on the house's island. With a meditation before dinner.

⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆ night ⋆｡˚ ☆ ˚｡⋆

The later hours of the day are spent taking advantage of being together as a family.

The houses caretaking staff are also given time off for their non urgent tasks (easier that having to explain the presence of Padme's daughter, a jedi knight who is rumored to be the father, and his second padawan all acting like a family.) So tonight was making Shaak Roast for dinner, all packed into the kitchen while we blast a playlist of all of our favorites (know to have drastic mood shifts like Naboo jazz to 70s rock). Afterwards eating outside while the sunsets which makes it taste 100x better.

Then we watch a movie that usually ends up with me convincing anakin to watch the girliest movie ever or what ever action movie caught Ahsoka's eye.

i go for a walk around the house while checking my com link for any messages with BD excitedly trailing along scanning any plant not already in his files. One last meditation and then i go to bed.

This reality was one of the first that i also made a calmer playlist for listening to while shifting as well

Next is marauders dr

think common room parties (young Americans, Rock N Roll), yearning for a starboy that could never date a muggleborn (Je te laisserai des mots, wuthering heights), and coming of age in the 70s (rebel rebel, layla, second hand news)

Then we have AOT dr

think distracting titans (bad girls club, do you want to taste it), the Yeager siblings (lights out, die your daughter), not having time for feelings that eventually will spill out (hounds of love, crushcrushcrush), and general state of our world (cruel angels thesis, time is running out). Honorable mention of hange(crazy=genius), and me and Petras graduating prank (shake your tail). (yes the cover is Saturn's moon titan, thank you for noticing😊)

this is a relic from 2022 but think, high stakes (as the world caves in, Teir Abhaile Riu), pirates (ship in a bottle, Loreley), formal balls (merry go round of life, sway), love on two sides of a war (night that we meet, fairy tail ), tavern dancing (Nancy mulligan, Dancing in the tavern), with a general fantasy theme (Caribbean Blue, Soldier poet king)

another relic less old and made in 2024, was first was a preforming list for touring as a singer during the merge (wonderland, raise your glass) but then turned into the drs main playlist. think fighting for whats right (im still standing, hero's), Skybound👀(feminionmenon), and i lot of harumi distain (better than revenge, queen of white lies)(oooo edgy)

the Estelle method was up my alley, i was dead tired when i did it but i could really visualize the dancing and felt very close.

pros

i love how to use of music makes the method more emotion based.

the music makes the build up for the method easier and less likly to instantly fall asleep.

cons

My trunk has go to band tees, whimsical tops, sweaters for when the castle is freezing, and varying bottoms for countless combos.

My uniform with a long skirt for the winter months, and the tights that i am always wearing with it (all enchanted to block the sun of course.)

My fall cardigan, coveted Afghan coat, and leather jacket. Lastly with my well loved converse and boots.

Along with this is all the jewelry that I've been collecting over the years.

i only made it to about thirty in this method 😅 but I've been using a version of this method as my go to for a while now (only difference was instead of specific affirmations i would just say general ones) it is nice to know that it is a official method.

it is easy to go at your own pace and count as much or less as i want

it is a good way to count while getting closer to my dr

cons

i am realizing that sleep methods are hard for me bc i genuinely don't believe that they'll work when it is just as real as awake ones.

i am getting sick of counting methods and just being present methods are really what my body wants to do rn

sight is exploring the castle, stargazing after curfew, feasts in the great hall, and hanging out in-between classes.

hearing

hearing is full of bowie, fleetwood mac, the scratch of quills against parchment, the bubble of a successfully brewed potion, the praise of teachers, and the laughter of my friends.

taste

taste is my aunts cinnamon rolls and baked goods made with her cafe's signature recipes, scones so good i have to thank the house elves, dinner of perfect Yorkshire pudding and bread bowls, hearty breakfasts that keep you alive throughout the day, sweets that taste ten times better smuggled in, and physics defying desserts.

smell

smell is full of my perfume, late night walks in the forbidden forest, flights as my Animagus when im stressed, chocolate to get me through the day, and the liquid that i quite literally cant live without.

touch

touch is the scrape of quills against parchment, the wind in your hair during victory laps around the pitch, the warmth of sitting near the fireplace while working on homework late at night, mixing ingredients together and the mist of stirring a correct potion, my hair brushing against my arms, the freedom in your feathers of your first flight, the aching in your sides as you race your friends to the common room after a long day, and the peace of knowing that you where always supposed to make it.

i do always enjoy the 5 senses method and the sunni method was a very good way of using "daydreams" to my benefit. I will say that i used these methods for two days and fell asleep before even getting to the method part (as the official 5 senses involves counting to 100) but it really wasn't the methods "problem" and more of cr stress. These would defiantly do more good with going to bed at a reasonable time, and instead of counting meditating beforehand. However, the sunni/5 senses guided mediation was very good and my proprioception felt like my dr!

pros

sunni method helped me visualize my marauders room better as i was struggling on how a few areas where laid out.

5 senses is great for being aware of being in your dr rather than the idea of it

the sunni method is good for those who wander to wander in a focused direction.

cons

easy for me to over think. "oh well you cant remember what shirt your wore yesterday your just faking", this is stupid because memories are never like watching a crystal clear tv show for every second of your day.

i was focusing on needing perfect build up rather than being present.

over all i do enjoy this type of visualizing so i give these a 8/10

quill case - the first year standard, it came with a study quill for daily use with ink and quill stand to match. I added a fancy peacock quill that was a gift from my aunt (she is Steller), and a couple extra cheap ones that will probably all be stolen by barty before the end of the year.

pencil case - I am NOT writing rough drafts with quills thank you very much. Very useful for studying, doodles, and writing a template for letters that i want perfect. Also includes a sharpener, eraser and my coveted mechanical pencil.

Wizard notebooks - they magically bind your filled out parchment sheets into the book allowing for easy access. At the end of the year you can take them out or continue to add to them in the next. My collection is currently two Hogwarts notebooks that were sold as the first year standard and a fancy one I bought this year.

potions case - not really for school but a case of ingredients, in progress potions for assignments, my caldron, scales, and any special mixes not made in school (a potion to let me not get roasted in the sun, hair growth, stain remover ect.) It shrinks to about the size of your palm when in my bag.

i love being Mary Poppins and having literally everything in my bag. this took me like two weeks to complete so here it is without the shiftingsummerexpedition format.

The bag

it is enchanted to fit anything I put in it (with each pocket being its own "space"), and to have the weight of like two books.

It has two front pockets, two side pockets, and one small pocket on the back. On the inside there are two separate big pockets with zipper closers. The front straps in my dr are for show, the flap is secured by two snap fasteners instead.

Definitely a witch and ziggy played guitar pins - where found in a button bin when lily and me went to a flea market during the summer.

Young Americans pin - was a gift from my aunt.

Allergic to sunlight pin - barty gave to me to be cause i "hate the sun" and will find hilarious when he learns that i am a vampire.

Frog keychain- Pandora has a matching blue one and Cassie has a purple one. Dora saw them at Diagon alley and insisted on getting them

bat key chain - i went shopping with my mom a while back and saw really cute bat charms. When preparing my Hogwarts bag i needed to put something cute on it and had an idea.

the raven method is a classic but only a few times did it really get me anywhere, i did listen to the subliminal but i perfer to count a lot slower with breaths in between the numbers. I am trying to broaden into different methods like sleep methods and faster ones because my brain has latched on to the idea that only long awake methods so this was good for this.

With sprawling hills and incredible waterfalls Naboo is considered to be one of the lushest planets in the mid rim. The way locals combine the natural gifts of their home with art and technology, makes visting this world a requirement for those flying past.

Dear captain "work myself to the grave",

All the safety checks passed with flying colors as usual. Like you suspected the recent bomb threat did just draw in a even bigger crowd for my moms arrival to the capital.... BUT unlike you suspected the queens guard did their job this time and kept the crowd orderly with not a single chance of a stray bullet getting through. The knowledge that the famed padawan Evalangeline Amidala was visiting must have inspired them to work extra hard, or at least that's what the captain of the guard said at dinner. hey im not complaining the public persona means that i can dress up and put on my "queens face".

Anyways ill holo when Ashoka and Skyguy get to the lake house, but you dont need to keep checking the trip logs, im pretty sure one of the best jedi generals in the gar and his TWO padawans can protect a senator. You need to actually use your shore leave this year and not spend it locked in your office with safety reports and maintenance logs (ew, boring), that are done or will be done months from now. If you dont get out of your office ill have to put fives and echo on operation "force rex to have fun" and you'll end up visiting every bar, restaurant, arcade, and loud colorful place on coruscant.

The Proprioception Focused Method was a pretty good mind set for me but as a method it was very easy to drift.

This methods focus really clicked for me as remembering that your actually present on a day to day level in your dr (duh). As some one who has been shifting for 5 years, my Proprioception can be easily glazed over for flashy day dreams or big scenarios a lot. I love how it "focuses" the LOA to assuming your sense of where you are and then building out from that

pros

i did get the bright light symptom and felt really open into my dr (like a fishbowl lens.

great for focusing on your dr when your not exactly sure what it looks like (good for "new" drs)

cons

pretty easy for my mind to wander.

i felt like i needed more build up to it, like a meditation or counting to get to a more focused state would work wonders.

"Well i always had a heart to explore. Whenever my father would go on his many medical visits across Eldia, i would beg and beg to go with him just to see all of our land. These visits really sparked my love for healing and helping others which influenced my decision and drove me to apply."

"My mother nearly had a heart attack when i first asked for the permission to join, but eventually with my promise of joining the medical division of the garrison instead my parents allowed me to. The fall of wall maria just drove the need for more scouts into my heart. My siblings had been planning on joining for a long time as well so this was the best way to protect them and make sure no other families would see their home destroyed by those monsters."

"Sounds like good reasons to me. Although not many cadets would go scheme against their parents on how to join the scouts!" "Speaking of against the ordinary we hear that you became a captain in Section Commander Hange's squad and lead field medic at the young age of 17! Becoming the second youngest captain in all history is no easy feat, care to tell us about it?"

"Well you might not be as impressive as you want to be but here it goes. I cant even remember which expedition it was. I just know that I had been with Hange squad for almost a year when we where cut off from our horses in wall maria. The Section Commander had been knocked out when we where mapping titan routes, and we stopped at a clock tower in an old town center to patch them up and gather our wits. The thing was that in our rush we didnt notice that behind the homes near the tower we hid in, where a multitude of titans."

"See one of the gas pipes that used to power the town had clogged up during wall Maria's fall causing a build up that was shooting up gas from the nearby works like a geyser. This attracted titans to the town making us, in a matter of moments, surrounded by 15 of them"

" I noticed an odd sound but it was only luck that made a bird fly around it causing me to realize the geyser's existence and that we had a chance of surviving. Our co-captain at the time smoked, so i took his lighter (after asking him to get to the horses), and taunted the titans till they huddled around the leak. I threw the lighter into it, blowing them to kingdom come, killing 10 instantly and taking off the limbs of five."

"My luck did seem to run out though, in my rush to escape the blast, as I ODMed back to our hiding place I slammed into the wall of our hidding place breaking my arm. On the high of this success (and pain) i told off our co captain for not getting the horses and gave the rest of my squad orders on how to help us get moving in, full view of Levi squad (who had come to help us), and didnt even notice until i began to try kill the rest of the titans! It was so embarrassing. I for sure thought I was coming home to a court marshal but instead i got promoted before we reached the stables."

"Oh my word! not impressed I am blow away, pun intended! Taking on 15 titans alone is no easy feat! And all that in front of the Section Commander and the most successful captain in the scouts. That kind of moment most scouts could only dream of." "Now on the note of Levi squad, it is common knowledge that Hange squad works with them often. You have any comments on them, especially on your fellow veteran?"

"They really are amazing, Levi squad has saved our buts countless times before. I was really happy to begin working with them, as my bunkmate in the cadets and best friend Petra is a member. Isabel, Gunther, and the others are lovely as well, they really know how to joke around and get your mind off of the titans then turn around and kill one that almost snatched you off your horse. Oh... ah the captain is awesome too... he really is the only one who can get Hange back on paradi sometimes, or get his squad's aggressiveness to work with our crazy. The walls shine on the scouts that we have such good squad leaders like him.'

"Well that's kind of you, its always good to hear of our scouts working together. Now for our last question as you mentioned your siblings earlier they seem very important to you. How is their plight to join turned out?"

"They joined three years ago and are graduating top of their year in about a month! I am a bit nervous for them, but they have shown that they are capable and ready. I am so proud of their hard work and excited to see them again at their ceremony!"

Hi, my name is captain Evalangeline "everett" Yeager,

I am known for 2 feet of dyed (and perfectly maintained i might add) emerald hair, quick thinking in the field, protectiveness of my family, and scary good reflexes went it comes to danger.

I am the oracle titan with the powers of precognition, visons, and creating bone structures as extensions of my body (like the titans that the shifters become). As hinted in my interview i am the older sister to the now "famous" attack titan Eren Yeager. I have been a scout for about 5 years (72 kills and 5 assists for those who are wondering), and i want to see our ways of killing titans improve and to just have one ride not confined by walls i was born in.

After Eren's trail we where babysat watched by Levi squad, I wasn't complaining however as i got to spend a lot of time with Petra. Sadly that was cut short with the 57th Expedition, where the female titan aka Annie almost killed the members of Levi squad. Thankfully with hange's help i was able to get them to the wagons and stabilize them as much as i could till we got to the walls. As i suspected everyone will recover, Petra's coma did worry me the most as she was thrown against the tree pretty hard, but her waking up soon is guaranteed ive seen it .

During the mission in the capital, Annie had seemingly killed Eren with crushing the tunnel we where in and gave me a nasty piecing (a foot of wood). Through this I unlocked my powers (still owe hange 30 credits...) and was able to distract her long enough for Eren to recharge.

Erwin is now making most of the 104th cadets and later the recovered former levi squad members into an elite group (aka titan squad) , with levi leading it and me as co-captain. This is a bit nerve racking but i did get my wish to protect my siblings......
