📚 What are your last, current, and next reads?? It’s Monday again, fellow Bookworms … How was your weekend? Did you get much reading done? I did get in a bit of reading time over the weekend, but it was not with the book I thought I would be reading. 😅 Over the weekend I read *Flawless* and *The House Across the Lake*, which was my very first Riley Sager read ever. This week I plan to focus on *Fourth Wing*, and hopefully start the first *Zodiac Academy* book after that. ☀️ August is right around the corner, and it's time to get ready for #AlltheBooksAug23, the August Book Challenge! We made it through July, Bookworms ... How's Summer going for everyone? It's been HOT here, and I'm dreaming of cooler weather and fall colors already. lol Hopefully the August challenge help up get through this month a little faster. I'd love for you guys to join along! 📚 How’s your reading month going so far for July?? Happy Sunday, Bookworms … We’ve officially made it halfway through July, are you having a good reading month? I seem to be having a decent reading month so far … I’m listening to a lot of audiobooks at the moment, mostly because I’m struggling to find free time and the abililty to focus lately. 😅 I have knocked a few books off my TBR this month though, and read some library books as well. I finished *Credence* over the weekend, and also started my reread of *The Beauty of Darkness*. I am currently trying to decide what’s next, and I definitely have way too many choices. 😅 What are you reading this week?? And are you currently watching any interesting shows? The hubby and I have two episodes left of the second season of *Ghosts* to watch, and I’m going to be so sad when it’s over! I still need to watch the first season of *The Summer I Turned Pretty*, and that’s something I’d love to get to this summer. 📚 How’s your reading year going so far for 2023?? Happy Sunday, Bookworms … We’ve somehow officially made it halfway through 2023. Are you having a good reading year so far? What are some of your favorite reads? And how are you doing with your book challenges and goals? I feel like I’m having a really good year so far. I’ve not dealt with as many reading slumps as I have in the past few years, so that’s been really nice. I’ve read 67 books this year, so I’m on track to reach my Goodreads reading goal for the year. I’m debating on raising it, but I’ll probably just leave it at 100. 😂 It’s hard to pick a favorite for the year … I’ve loved rereading all of my favorite books, and there have been a few others that I have enjoyed more than I expected to. ☀️ What’s your most favorite kind of reading weather? Happy Tuesday, fellow Bookworms … Do yo have a favorite kind of reading weather? Do you love to read outside while it’s sunny? Or inside under a blanket when it’s raining? Or curled up in front of the fire when it’s snowing? 📖 Rainy days, (especially chilly days in the fall), are my most favorite kinds of days to curl up with a good book. They make the best reading days! Sometimes when I’m just tired of the weather outside, I will turn on some rainy day ambience videos on YouTube and play those in the background while I read. There are so many great selections to choose from, and it’s so nice to set my own reading weather for the day. lol! ❤️ What’s your favorite kind of reading weather?
