godzilla can wield 2 guns. His face is also a gun.

therefore, altogether, they have NINE guns.

“…I guess it’s okay to start with that term first.” Although part of her felt guilty. Mothra already felt like a mother in her life, far more than her own mother had been for years, but Madison couldn’t bring herself to call Mothra that. 

What was she supposed to do? 

          “Baby steps, darling. There is no need to rush things - after all, you are still going through changes, still growing - and life keeps finding ways to surprise you.”

          That was putting it lightly. After all... there was no telling what her mother would do next - what Ghidorah will possibly do next.

The attempt at a joke earns a sad laugh out of Rodan. From there, he moves to wrap his wings tightly around his frame like a sanctuary. It provides little solace from the conversation.

“There is nothing to not be afraid of when regarding this subject. At least for me, my Queen.” His expression is slightly remorseful. “And there’s nothing to be done about it, hence why I was hesitant to speak.”

          A moment of pause, a long look given to the fiery demon of the skies, before she inches closer and gently brushes herself against his frame, in an attempt to soothe him.

          “I will not force anything out of you. This is no interrogation, nor is it a prying on your private life...”

“I-It’s just really hard to call anyone that after everything.” It spoke volumes that the pain no longer made her cry, but the memories surrounded that phrase brought them out at a moment’s notice. “But thank you for being so kind.” 

          “I understand.” How could she not? After all the poor girl’s been through, after all the pain she’s dealt with, how could she possibly blame her for having issues?

“Should have known you’d say something like that. You’re such a M–” She cut herself off, staring in the distance suddenly. 

“Very well. Then yes, you’d be correct. Or, uh, you heard correct.” He held back a sigh. “… I take it you know the context?”

          “The birds carry awfully interesting rumors indeed~.”

          Though she knows the context, she hardly seems bothered.
