     the ethereal had been told, of course, of how many among the draenei - then called eredar - first fled argus when their man'ari brethren turned on them. on draenor, they once more SUFFERED at the hands of bloodthirsty orcs; those fueled by the corrupting blood of the legion. there was sympathy in abundance for a people who, like his own, had lost nearly EVERYTHING dear to them. approaching the elder from across the deck of the vindicaar, niraz set the base of his own gleaming staff against the floor as he introduced himself to the exodar’s leader, “it is an HONOR, prophet velen. i am nexus-priest niraz, of the army of the light.”

   His eyes had been drawn to the view of his WORLD, as he often found them to be, when the ethereal approached. To fathom that this was the home that he had left behind all those years ago- the same world where he had been BORN, where his children had been born, where he he had LEARNED all that he had been taught. It was... much to think about.

“   thank   you   for   coming,   prophet.   khad/gar   speaks   highly   of   you,   &&   he   has   assured   me   that   if   there   is   anyone   who   could   help   ease   grandfather’s   passing   ——   ”   a   sharp   inhalation   cracks    the    façade   of   strength   she   has   worn   for   her   flight.   a   few   seconds   of   silence   pass   until   she   is   nothing   more   than   a   scared   whelpling   in   death’s   shadow,   but   she   presses   on   &&   bows   her   head   in   the   deepest   respect.   “   ——   it   is   you.   ”

   The Prophet offered a gentle smile to her bow, crested head inclining in a gesture of mutual greeting and RESPECT. When Khadgar had come to him with this proposition, he suspected it was not only for the good of Stellagosa that he asked;  but perhaps for Velen’s well-being, too. The recent fate of his son had left him WEAK in a way that few things ever had- for someone of Velen’s standing and experiences... it was concerning. Tragedies often brought people TOGETHER, the old priest knew. Perhaps the loss of Jahaan and Senegos respectively would prove that thought again.
