They’ll have to do this now, or she won’t be in the right mindset for it again. Toku has seen her like this now, before she could put on her mask again and pretend nothing is wrong.

Talking about it though… that’s always risky. And she’s not even sure what she’s supposed to tell him. It’s way too much and way too muddled to even know where to begin.

“What do you want to know? There’s… a lot.”

Toku takes a breath, thinking things through. What does he want to know? How much information is too much information.

“You’re welcome….” giving things to others feels weird he’s having a weird emotion.

He’s eaten about five when he notices that Silver seems a little off.

     Jax peers up from where he sits, plastering a pleasant smile across his face. Hopefully the other didn’t see him previously staring- no, gawping.

     “Ah, hello. Do you… Need something?” 

“I’ve noticed you here a few times. But you never seem to get yourself checked out.”

He sits beside the man, leaning in close so that they can speak quietly.

He settles, squinting contentedly at the wall before turning to stare at the offered hand.

Riley sniffs it - His damp nose chilly to the touch, and his breath like a winter breeze. Contemplating… With a swish of his grand tail, he’s on his feet again, turning from the hand to stretch and yawn,

Shake himself out a bit, give his paws a quick little cleaning, 

And when the man before him seemed to finally believe Riley had rejected his attention, 

He stepped forward and bumped his head against Toku’s hip, leaning against him a little as the ninetales walked past, flicking his glittering, soft tail to the side to brush across the man’s body and face…  And off he went, taking a casual stroll about the place he had been left by his beloved Oliver. 

Ah, well, he couldn’t force the Pokemon. Clearly being pet was outside their realm of comfort.

He was sad, to be truthful. But it was fine. He would be happy just to be in the other Pokemon’s presence.

“There is no reason just have them”

     QUICK, DON’T LOOK. HE MIGHT SEE YOU STARING.

Oh. It’s that man again.

He holds the bag, eyebrow raised and looks to the trainer.

Riley sniffs at the treats, daintily and gingerly eating just a few - His favorite ones, mostly, before sitting back down to look majestic again. He even does a little wiggle to fan out his tail a little more. 

Yes, that’s right. Adore me, he seems to say, lifting his chin and staring off at the far wall. 

Keeping in mind that colors the Pokemon chose to eat, Toku sits there and makes a noise of awe as they show off their tail.
