I feel like I want to put Hael in more interactions with other Eilistraeeans, kind of as a challenge in a way. She doesn't share the fact she used to be a matron if she can help it but she definitely still retains that noble air about her, that most drow will be able to pick up on her being a high rank noble at least. And while she did convert her personality didn't really change, she's still cold, antisocial, grouchy, quiet, and bites without warning (metaphorically). She slips up, makes mistakes, isn't a perfect reformed person now. And in a new society where I think a lot of people might be easily intimidated or put off by her I think its an interesting challenge to accept her anyway. She doesn't need help seeing her past mistakes were wrong (she already knows, she regrets it) but that she isn't going to try and fit in with the rest of the Eilistraeeans in their activities, but needs to be accepted in anyway. If they won't forgive and embrace her, then who will, and does that then make her "too far gone" if she refuses to put on a big show of repentance, so to speak. Just an interesting thought i've been chewing on.
