I honestly never post here. Or ever gave any context to my reblogs or anything. This profile, everything I share is a part of me and what I love. The times of sadness I became happy the times of hurt I healed and now the time of misery is gone due to having a job.
I left university about 2 years a go it was my 7th year in education I worked hard to get there but needed support to get me through but I lacked it. I ended up RE-doing the first year with a bit more support. But some things happened and I got off track. It derailed me I had to drop out.
I searched and applied for possibly 1000 jobs if not more. 2 years a go on a Thursday some dealers were looking for the guy who lived downstairs. I stupidly went to answer the door. The guy had an axe. I had to run upstairs protect my fiancee. They didn’t do anything apart from smash the 2nd door to my flat.
From that point on I can’t be around smashing glass or anything loud. Banging on a door makes me super paranoid. And I live in an in settling block of flats. We got moved which is what I wanted anyways. But I think it could be paid from everything that happened.
The story gets better cause nearly 2 years from it I’m finally ready to put it all behind and get into the job I want.
No therapy just purely waiting for the right time to heal and meditate when I remember. Moving myself away from situations now is super easy cause of the isolation and I feel super good as a person, even if I get anxiety a LOT on buses and car journeys.
I don’t ask for reblogs but if someone has more experience than me in the self diagnosis of ptsd would be great. Just like a second opinion as a note or whatever
