I'm not sure which post your referring to but all my philtrum ends are from Body Vision Los Angeles, I've gotten most of mine in a Facebook group called Jewelry Exchange for second hand jewelry, or a reputable piercer would be able to order one for you :)

I love this on a train near McLennan, Alberta.

How badly did your conch piercing hurt? I'm considering getting one, but don't know if I'm up for the pain.

My conches were punched with a biopsy/dermal punch not pierced which made it a lot less painful than my other cartilage piercings, hope that helps :)
