Once you realize that the road is the goal and that you are always on the road, not to reach a goal, but to enjoy its beauty and its wisdom, life ceases to be a task and becomes natural and simple, in itself an ecstasy.

Imagine your body looking just as you would like it to look. Imagine how that beautiful body would feel. Move it, in your imagination: take it for a walk, dress it in something that pleases you. Appreciate its stamina and flexibility and clarity. Spend as much time daydreaming about this wonderful physical vehicle as you can.

How are inner and outer reconciled? By realizing that your entire life journey ultimately consists of the step you are taking at this moment. There is always only this one step, and so you give it your fullest attention. This doesn’t mean you don’t know where you are going; it just means this step is primary, the destination secondary.

The self that you shall be already exists. If you will realize your potential then you will find it is already accomplished.

Several times a day, pretend that you surrounded by abundance and imagine the things that you want. Each time you do this, the idea becomes a little more possible, a little more real. These thoughts change the beliefs that you have had, and they begin to draw to you abundance. There is no other way to change your physical reality but by changing your thoughts.

When its absence stops bothering you, its presence occurs.
