I’VE LITERALLY SEEN ONE OF MY MOST FAVOURITE ADVERTS ON TV EVER.

A few moments ago, I saw this advert on tv of women’s and girl’s exercise, and I can’t tell you how happy it’s made me!

In the advert/video, girls are shown working out and taking part in physical activity. BUT NOT JUST THAT!!! girls of ALL SHAPES, SIZES, RACES AND AGES are shown SWEATING, JIGGLING, TIRING OUT, AND FEELING HAPPY FROM WORKING HARD DURING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY!

I loved this advert because it shows the diversity of women and that no matter what our size, we jiggle and we sweat and we get tired, we are not those mythical creatures that only exists on the front cover of magazines that are shown to never sweat and be all the same body type.

This advert made me feel motivated and I can see it inspiring people! it follows the hashtag
