🔆 Don’t view others as competition. There is no contest in being small, or regression, or even caring for a regressor. Everybody has a different obstacle with different needs.

🔆 Accept that you don’t always have to be “good”. Sometimes you need a day to make a mess and clean up later. Sometimes you need a day to rest, or eat junk food. That’s okay. You’re human. You’re doing your best.

I will share with you a secret. There is a monster repellent you can use to keep monsters away and it’s really easy to make.

1. Put some water into a spray bottle.

2. Add your favourite essential oil, room spray, or fabric softener to it. Monsters HATE nice smells.

3. Put a couple pinches of glitter into the spray bottle. Believe it or not but monsters actually fear glitter and other nice things.

4. Spray the monster repellent around your room and your bed before you go to sleep. It works the entire night and the monsters will stay away.

5. Make sure you put a cute “monster-be-gone” label on the spray bottle to instil fear into all monsters everywhere.
