Thunder On Still - Mongolia, Lascaux, Chernobyl, and Beyond (2026) | Acrylic on Canvas
Happy Year of the (Przewalski's) Horse! The finished traditional painting for my Kickstarter postcard miniprint, hoping to raise awareness of takhi/Przewalski's horse conservation :)
You can come see the painting in person this weekend at the 3-day pop up art exhibition 'A Family Gathering' at Flow Studios 88 in Camperdown, Sydney!
It's a beautiful community-led gallery celebrating the diversity of Asian Australian creatives from all walks of life - I'll be exhibiting with my mum as well, which is really special to me. This is the first painting I've made in 10 years, which makes this all the more surreal to me. I'm really grateful.
If you'd like to come by, please say hello! I'll be there from 2pm on 13th June, trying not to cry :') More info in the link below!
The painting is also up for sale, and 50% of profits will go towards the International Takhi Group for their work on takhi and steppe conservation.
Apply to exhibit or host a stall at A Family Gathering, a 3-day Asian Heritage Week exhibition in Sydney. Open to artists of Asian diaspora
