Ace in Wano!! Yamato is so happy to see Ace isn’t actually dead, but there’s things that aren’t making sense.

Mmmm I know girl Luffy tends to just be. Luffy. But what if she had well cared for hair? Cause there was always someone there to help her. She likes having long hair, but it’s sooo annoying, so she asks makino, shanks, sabo, Ace, Dadan- literally anyone who has even a little soft spot for her to help.

Thank you!! I’ve been so suuuper busy and hit an art block so I haven’t been drawing, but I’m trying to get back into it!! :D

Anyway, I am aaaalways thinking about girl sabo (girl ASL in general really lmaoo). so here’s some doodles of sabo and what I think she’d look like if she did transition

I don’t always draw them! (Cause I forget/theyre hidden by other, much more prominent scars) But for Dawn law I typically try to keep his clothing options the same to suggest some sorta gender journey. Full coverage shirts as a kid, open/loose shirts as a teen, no shirt/open shirt as an adult.

Luffy knows Cora cares about Katakuri- but he knows they’re adults and can make their decisions. Katakuri is powerful and feels a deep sense of responsibility for his family. There is no “liberating” him cause despite the stress he’s under in the role he’s in, he’s in it willingly. And at any moment Cora could have decided to stay. But he wanted to return to his own captain.

Luffy would have left whole cake without Cora if that’s what he wanted. Just like he would have left Sanji if that’s what Sanji actually wanted.

Pirate romance spans oceans and years and Cora knows he’ll meet Katakuri again eventually. His husband is a determined guy. And was gifted a lil mirror compact to stay in contact with him.

Mmmm this is a very interesting question.

I think some still human part of Doffy wants to understand Rosi. It’s why he gave Law a second chance (like why else would he keep Law alive so long if not to maybe see if he can convince him to join him). Doffy wants to be loved and understood, like all people do. He’s just insane about it, was groomed into embracing his worst qualities. Him being told he was special by other celestial dragons, then being called king by Trebbol.

I think Doffy might trap him, ask him why’d he choose Law, why’d he oppose him, why leave just to return and hurt him. Doffy doesn’t understand what would make a person on his level, his brother, his blood, someone who’s seen the same highs and lows as him, A GOD, would choose lowly humans. Especially one sick and weak (additionally, why would Law choose Rosi over him? When Doffy has extended every kindness, treated every ache and pain; What could Rosi possibly give him that Doffy can’t?)

I think this rant would allow Rosinante to wriggle his way out of trouble. And Doffy would allow it to happen. I think he would enjoy the game of cat and mouse. I think he would find his brothers struggle amusing and so long as Doffy could imagine a way to win he’d allow it to happen. (Some part of Doffy doesn’t want to kill his brother again he’s already had to do it once. In this au, I’m not sure he’d be able to do it a second time.)

Essentially, Cora places Law in a regular box instead of the treasure chest, and Doffy is just sliiightly more upset by Cora’s actions so he decides to only bring stuff that is obviously valuable. Law manages to get out of the box and uses his brand new fruit powers to save Cora!! They spend a few months on Swallow island and meet Penguin, Shachi, and Bepo, but ultimately decide they would both be safer in a different blue.

I know we’ve been spending a lot of time with Cora and Katakuri but… what about Sanji on whole cake? How’s he doing? Badly, but he can manage spending time with Reiju decently well.

Katakuri gets to know Rocinante, he learns his history and the stories behind his many scars. Katakuri is a man with so few scars, he’s kinda fascinated by Roci. Roci tells him the truth- scars from fights, marine training, angry people, angry brothers, a few summers spent in the jungle of a small east blue island.

They talk about their values and where they differ. Katakuri would do anything to keep his siblings safe- that’s why he trains so hard and keeps himself in such strict guidelines. Roci would do anything for his kid, would (has) killed and died for him. They understand each other.

Katakuri takes a risk and lets Roci take off his seastone cuffs when they’re on their dates. He’s certain he will be able to foresee any danger. What he doesn’t see- is now that Rocinante can use his power- he can use his Haki. Cora silences his Haki signature and spends their dates testing what he can do to Katakuri. Can he dampen Katakuri’s future sense? Can he distract him enough to give Luffy and his crew some openings?
