Adam blinks at his words about how to approach Cain. "So...I should hold out food for him in my hand and say 'here kitty, kitty' until he comes over?!" This was something he had learned from Abel. After all, the type of cats the First Man had come across in life were huge, unafraid and would claw you the chance they get. They weren't your normal domesticated house cats. "I'll try to be as gentle as I can be."

His golden eyes widen at hearing Nico speak of his thoughts on the Exterminations. While it surprises him, he won't push him on the subject any further. He's making so much progress here and doesn't want to screw it up.

"Oh...I've heard of them. Never met them, but rock bands know each other." Adam's face lights up with a huge smile, hearing how he likes rock music too. "Oh yeah! You probably get that all from me. I'm a total rock legend too." He then pauses, eyes blinking again with confusion. "What the fuck is musical theatre?!"

He lets out a small snicker of a laugh and nods. "Yeah. Yeah do that I want to see what his reaction is if you actually did that." Honestly it'd be quite funny and he can just imagine his dad's expression now. A mix of extreme confusion and trying not to laugh as well. It'd sure shock the older vampire a lot.

Oh that shocks him. His grandpa knows about a small town indie rock band? He just blinks at that response and tilts his head like a confused dog. Huh. Well then. "Oh that's gonna go to David's head I just know it. THE Adam knows his band? What an ego boost."

"Oh I can believe that." He lets out a loud laugh at his loud question. Now THAT isn't a shock to the young vampire. Rock and roll seems to be his one and only aesthetic so why would he know what musical theatre is?
